Mapbox is a web based mapping tool with a generous free tier that allows you to create highly customized maps for a variety of purposes and contexts. Join Digital Scholarship Daniel Story for this in-person workshop. In this session we’ll focus on creating a custom basemap in Mapbox Studio. As time allows, we’ll also touch on some of the other features of Mapbox you can explore further to extend your mapping projects in many exciting and fit-to-purpose ways.

Registration is required. Directions to the Digital Scholarship Commons (DSC) Lab.

Please consider registering now for our next-level workshop for Mapbox—Mapbox Maps in Action—an in-person workshop with Digital Scholarship Librarian Daniel Story on Friday, May 12th!
