The University Library Center for Digital Scholarship is excited to announce the 2025 Digital Scholarship Symposium, which will feature undergraduate and graduate students engaged in research and creative projects utilizing digital tools and platforms in thoughtful and innovative ways. We invite and encourage the campus community to attend to learn about and support this exciting work.

This year's symposium will take place on Tuesday, May 20th from 3:30–5pm in the David Kirk Digital Scholarship Commons in McHenry Library.

If you are a UCSC student doing this sort of work, we invite you to propose a presentation. Applicants can propose to present a project in a digital project showcase and/or deliver a brief presentation about your project in one of two lightning round sessions. 

Proposals to present at the symposium will be accepted on a rolling basis until May 15th.
