Are you interested in using the 3D printers in the DSI?  If so, you'll need to do either an online or in-person training session.  Join us for this hour and a half to learn about our safety procedures and operating protocols.

This session is geared towards learning how the printers work, understanding what makes up a 3D print, and going over our operating and safety procedures.  After this session, you will receive access to our Trainer USBs and can print as many DSI challenge coins as you would like to become comfortable with the equipment until you are ready for a quick skills assessment.  During this time, you'll be asked to change the print core, change the filament, and print out a quick 6-minute print while we ask you some questions about our safety protocols.

If you're interested in learning about 3D printing in general, please come by the space any time and talk to our students.  Stay tuned to our calendar as well, as we will move towards integrating workshops about what makes 3D printing so exciting and advanced techniques into our schedule.
