Introduction to 3D Printing (Zoom workshop)
Join Digital Scholarship Librarian Kristy GD for this Zoom workshop as she introduces you to the world of 3D printing. In this workshop, we’ll explore 3D printing technology and showcase various educational and academic uses for 3D printing. After attending this workshop, you will be able to identify various 3D printing technologies, find sources for 3D models, begin your exploration of 3D modeling programs, and locate resources specific to UCSC’s Digital Scholarship Innovation Studio including training options to use the 3D printers in the S&E library. We aim to inspire you as you explore new technologies.
