Interested in applying to be a CART Fellow for 2022-2023? Come to this information session to ask questions about the CART program and get to know the archival collections that next year's cohort will arrange, describe, and preserve.

The application for the 2022-2023 cohort is due on June 10, 2022. More information is available on the CART website.

Register in advance for this Zoom meeting.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

This Zoom session will be recorded and may be made public at a later date. You can communicate your questions via chat if you do not wish to be part of the recording, and there will be a brief Q&A period at the end that will not be recorded.

Land Acknowledgement

The land on which we gather is the unceded territory of the Awaswas-speaking Uypi Tribe. The Amah Mutsun Tribal Band, comprised of the descendants of indigenous people taken to missions Santa Cruz and San Juan Bautista during Spanish colonization of the Central Coast, is today working hard to restore traditional stewardship practices on these lands and heal from historical trauma.

The land acknowledgement used at UC Santa Cruz was developed in partnership with the Amah Mutsun Tribal Band Chairman and the Amah Mutsun Relearning Program at the UCSC Arboretum.
