Description

This printer is reserved for CSE3 students during the Fall 2022 quarter.  The printer can only be reserved for a 2 hour block to accomodate the assignment print.  To accomodate the class, you can book your print time prior to your assessment, but you must complete the assesment prior to using the 3D printer.

• 1 Ultimaker 3D printer - up to 2 color printing or 1 color with support material (Breakaway or Water Soluble)
• Access to various PLA materials
• Access to a 3D print kit:  USB, printer enclosure key, small precision snips, pliers, tweezers, glue stick, and removal spatula

Users must complete the 3D Printer Assessment before using the equipment.  For more information on assesment and training including in person and online options, visit our DSI Get Started page.

We cannot accomodate outside filaments, only library provided filaments can be used in our space. 

PLEASE NOTE:  The calender shows 3:30-5:00 as unavailable.  This is because the timeslot to reserve must start at 3:00.  If a timeslot is available to start the booking, such as 3:00, there should be the availability to start the booking at that time.
